At Mandala Scrubs, we want you to feel confident in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. If your fit isn't perfect, our streamlined process ensures you get back to work in comfort as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your scrubs in their original packaging if available.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
